| connected. I believe there should be 4 little ground wires on the main harness.(1 towards the back of the plenum, 2 by the #6 spark plug and 1 next to the AC compressor area). Since you mentioned you hooked up a TT fuel pump, make sure the ground wire is connected in the fuel pump harness in the trunk. Or, Switch your PTU with a working one (make sure there is no build up on the Sub harness pins and they are push in all the way). Make sure your spark plugs are good and not "fouled" from trying to start previously. Check for any blown main fuses (like fuel pump or ignition). Yes the red led on the ECU is supposed to be on constant with the key in the acc position.
