Message	Drained out as much bad gas as I could and added 2 gallons of 93 octane. Put the chip into the new ECU and the red LED stays on when the key is on. I think I've now narrowed it down to a bad chip. The harness is brand new, but I don't think there's anything in the harness that could cause this, is there? Any other advice?
