Message	Yes the ujoints could contribute...you also want to pop the rubber finisher on the bottom and make sure the clutch fork, spring and ball are ok. A solid clunk would point to the CCB and diff bushings, which you have replaced. Take a look at the subframe ones. Does the shifter feel weird? Bad pilot bushing would cause a rattle.
