Message	Basically, the fan isn't spinning, but I am able to turn it manually smoothly. When the AC is turned on, it makes a loud noise that almost sounds like holding a piece of plastic against a rotating fan blade. Just loud clicking noise. What could it be? Furthermore, right before this problem occurred, a mechanic had put on jumper cables backwards and there was a big shock. Could this have blown a fuse to cause the AC to stop working, because it was working before it went to that shop.... I don't even hear the compressor turning on.
