| After Courtsey Nissan replaced my upper and lower coolant hoses in the front of engine, I got a mile down the road and antifreeze poured out of the car again. This time they claimed that the lower bypass hoses cracked due to the increased pressure once the new hoses up front were on. There are 4 bypass hoses they say under the engine which requires that the Transmission be Pulled to replace them -- $860! The car has 105K miles so I am sure the hoses are old - but do you really have to pull the transmission to replace these hoses? They also said the last hose is under the intake manifold which is also "very hard" to replace -- what is involved in that ? thanks much for any feedback. Kevin
