| If it is, check that the chip is seated and oriented correctly if it is socketed. Both will cause the Aux fan to run constantly. Octane booster won't really do much for bad gas. Top it off with premium to dilute the old fuel. Other possibilities: Is it flooded? Did you do the belt maintenance while you had the engine out? If so the cam timing may be off.
