Message	When the A/C is on, the only thing that turns the compressor off is the pressure switch. The throttle suction valve controls how much refrigerant is flowing through the evaporator. I would check your refrigerant pressures, it sounds like you're just low, but make sure before you start putting in more refrigerant.
