| Different car. But here's what I can tell you, the car works great pretty much all the time. Except on HOT days. I did some research, and had some people suggest that I have air in the lines. I removed the slave, made it the lowest part of the system, and then pushed it in as far as it would go about a dozen times. At the master cylinder, there was zero signs of air in the lines. Nothing came out except perhaps the odd super super tiny bubble. Then I had a guy who I believe had the same problem suggest to me that it was the o-ring in the bottom of the master cylinder. I think he's right! Realistically, there's not much left, so I bought a new master cylinder and all that it entails and I will install it when I have some free time. The only difference I can see between your problem, and the one this car has, is that possibly your master is just a little bit further along in fail mode! When I pump the pedal a few times, it responds and builds pressure and I can change gears. Trying to get the air out (if there is any) at least doesn't cost you any money. So you might as well cross fingers and pray. But I think you'll find it is the master cylinder... Congrats on the Baby!
