to the wire. What a bicth! The connector is dangliing way high (when viewed from below). Was finally able to disconnect it. I powered it directly and Voila! Click, Click, the a/c clutch actuated. Good coil. Re-assembled (not the engine cooling system) and started the motor. Shorting the relay pins on the relay/fuse board makes the compressor work. Now, although I did earlier, have no power going to the relay coil. Have tested the relay and it connects just fine. Just puzzled at the moment.
Did connect a can of refrigerant (134a, I have 94 car) and sucked some in for good measure as I read low refrigerant is a cause for the compressor not to run.
