Message Shut off the engine, and disconnect the neg battery terminal. Put an ohm meter in line (series) w/ the negative side of the battery and the cable running down the firewall. The meter will will tell you how much current in milliamps is being used by the car's electrical system when it is shut off at the ignition switch.

The start pulling the primary fuses in front of the battery. Each of these is a major separate system. One of them will be much higher than the other. That is the one to focus on.
