Message	year ago. I live in a rual area about 1 hour north of Houston so I was able to pass inspection with out my cats. They don't even check your tail pipe out here I love it. I took all that bullshit off my car. First you gotta get the egr block off plates they go on the intake manifold to block off the holes where the egr went. I got mine at import parts pro for $20. The AIV's are easy to take off there behind the front fenders and all the vacuum lines that go with them take them off. Cap off all the places where you removed the lines. After removing all those vacuum lines it is important you still have the blow off valve's vacuum lines connected. Your probably gonna want to bypass the coolant that flows through the throttle bodies thats easy too. Buy some small coolant hoses and run them from where they start at the back of the engine straight to the turbos. I haven't done my charcoal canister yet.
