Subject	knocking under passenger side dash?

Message	Looking for some possible direction as to what the knocking sound comming from under the passenger side dash area. It seems to occur upon start-up and sometimes when shifting gears. (Only knocks about 2-3 times then stops.) Not sure where the source is or when to start? Anyone ever had a similar issue?
