Subject	Boost Jets?

Message	I am sure my car didn't have any boost jets when I pulled the motor out. I looked at a tutorial here --> [ http://www.twinturbo.info./ ] He stated the boost jets go into the wastegate hoses as shown in the pictures. I have gone back through the hoses and there is no jet in either one. When I bought the car it was able to achieve 14lbs of boost with an JWT ECU...apparently the guy before me removed the jets entirely? Is this possible or even safe for the turbos? Thanks for any help.
