Subject	Valve cover "D" plugs: metal v oem

Message	getting ready to install some mods...have new "D" rubber valve plugs from a few years back, but are the metal version a good improvement over the oem? I understand, they should last a long time, but any problems with them, only seen one post where somebody had to shave a little to make one fit...? thanks
