Message	It used to help the actuator hold at higher boost levels. As far as I know the Blitz is not set up to use the second port on the bottom (the side with the rod sticking out of it) but I've never seen a good product feature list for it either. If you have a manual for the blitz it should say in there, otherwise you can leave the bottom port open.
