Subject	possible clutch problem? or trans?

Message	so im pretty sure my clutch is giving out. it slips in 3rd through 5th gear at around 3k rpms but only when i press hard on the gas. then i can smell it burning. i checked the fluid and it was at the min line. any advice on this? also if its the clutch does anyone have a good clutch to recommend? 90 tt 99k on the odo all stock thanks!
