Well a few years ago after reinstalling my engine I had a pressure relief disc blow on my AC system. Not Sure why, I think from tipping the comprssor in the wrong direction or running the car w/o the fans connected to bring up to temp. Regardless, I ordered and replaced the part and now want to recharge the system. When it blew, it dumped all freon and spit oil out. How much should I put back in? I know I need to put the system under neg. pressure, but how much R12 will it take and how much oil should be put back in. I have NEVER done any AC work before so just looking for advice so I can order the supplies. I am not interested in converting to R134. Thanks,
