Sounds like you're gonna have to pull the engine but, maybe for some odd reason your flywheel got jammed. Take the rubber boot off your clutch fork and take the starter off and see if you can peer inside and see anything then pull the tranny. If you don't see any problems I would then pull the engine. I may go as far as looking in the timing belt area and under the valve covers before pulling it too.
