Message	you don't have an E-fan or anything do you? I had one wired right off my AC fuse link (since I never used it anyways...) and when I would shut the car off it would slowly die, unplugged the fan and it would shut off instantly. I think the fan since it was still spinning was turning into a generator and feeding voltage back into the accessory line providing power to the spark plugs, ecu and injectors etc... Just a though....
