Message	Umm.... yea.... That would not be good... It would be on all the time then... You don't actually need to cap the line going TO the valve.. there is no vacuum or pressure there, its just the receiving end. If you have no solenoid then don't worry about it... As long as all lines to your intake tract are plugged. If you have emmissions in your state then buy a solenoid and install it as shown below. [ http://z32.wikispaces.com/Vacuum+Diagrams ]
