Subject	need advice (electrical)

Message	hello all, just a fast question. over the weekend i went to start my 91TT and all the dash lights came on and stayed on (ie: antilock, battery, brake, seat belt, etc). when i drove it some went off while others remained on. when i would come to a stop, the lights would all re-appear. i had a new battery installed in sept 10, and i was wondering what this could be? alt, belts? etc. please advise. thank you.
