| I provided my engine builder with new bronze valve guides. Upon speaking with him to get an update on my head work he told me that he knurled the existing bronze guides instead of using the new ones. So ... whats your take on this. I've read some negative feedback on knurling. Unfortunately the heads are already completed with the valve seats re-cut. This builder has done many VGDETT's but he's got me nervous! If you're a shade tree mechanic that pulled an engine ONCE... please do not reply.
