For those of you doing plenum work, I want to save you some grief. If you are keeping the stock PCV system, install the hoses to the engine side before setting down the plenum. It is quite difficult to insert and grab the clamps once the plenum is in. In addition, there are two brackets that should be installed before the plenum. These are doable with the plenum in but easier w/o it. One is the bracket that supports the detonation sensor connector. This one is bolted to the lower plenum in the back, on the machined surface where the plenum to plenum gasket fits. The other is a little bracket that fits between the air regulator and the VTC solenoid. Currently I am at a loss as to what this bracket supports, but I suspect it may be for the EGR temperature sensor connector. Not sure though.
