Message ok guys, i've received the info i was searching for and thought i'd share it with you all in case you find yourself with the same question one day.

"ok first part of the build should be around 400 to 500RWHP and that is stock rebuilt heads should include:

1 redeck bottom of heads
2 acid dip and clean passages
3 vacuum check them for leaks and cracks
4. new valve stem seals
5 3 angle valve job or 5 angle.
6 clean and rebuild lifters

Now for the stock block:

1 Re-deck
2 Acid dip and clean
3 new freeze plugs
4 paint block 1200 degree paint your color.
5 polish crank and check for warp age
6 clean pistons and rods

Now this is for stock which should hold up to max 600BHP<----Brake not REAR WHEELS.....no problems. Nissan built this motor to handle serious amounts of power from a stock build. Anything over 600BHP you need to continue down.... Must haves

Now for anything over 600BHP you should also get done with the machine shop is

1 Bore out block to 88mm
2 balance the crank with the flywheel crank pulley pistons and rods all at the same time.
3 PORT AND POLISH THE HEADS!!!!
4 Radius valve job
5 upgrade the intake valves to 1mm over.
6 polish the top of the valves...... makes for HUGE smooth air flow.

now this should get you to the 650+RWHP nicely depending on turbos intercoolers and injectors."

hope this helps you guys out like its helped me.
