Have them balance your rotating assembly,micro-polish crank,install new valve stem seals for you. Dont walk in there and tell them to regardless skim the heads and block,only if it needs it. The heads are allowed to be .004 out of flat, the block is allowed to be .004 out of flat as well. The heads are aluminum and most likely need to be skimmed however the block may not need it. Why not oem bearings?
