Message	engine) the same both times (ie., throttle plates full opened, all plugs removed, etc)? Generally - the readings between a warmed and cold engine are in the 10 or so PSI range. Not sure why yours varied as much as they did? Did you try adding a small amount (teaspoon) of oil to a cylinder to see if the compression reading increased?
