I used the belt in the kit the first time and spent about two hours walking it on. It was still so tight two years later that I had to cut it off. So after about an hour of trying to walk the new one on with a screw driver while having someone else wedge a pry bar between the pump in the block I said fuck it and just got a different one. Napa part number 25-030350. Fits good, adjuster is right in the middle of it's range.
