Subject	Power Steering Belt Woah's

Message	I'm just on the finishing steps of the 120k timing belt change which includes the install of the UR underdrive pulley and new belts. The only belt I'm having a hard time with is the Power Steering Belt. The 14mm bolt and both 12mm have been loosened and the pulley won't budge to slide along the track. I've searched endlessly. Does anyone have any additional tips on what I can do?
