Subject	How do I replace the Fog Lamp Bulb?

Message	Unrelated to earlier post but I tried to unscrew the one Phillips head fastener on the lamp from the outside and it seems like I was unscrewing forever. How do I replace the fog bulb. FSM doesn't say anything about it. Maybe I should check owners manual. Don't have car with me right now but will take suggestions. Thanks folks.
