Message	I bet it is your Fuel Pump Control Unit behind your driver's side seat. Take it out and open it up and look for burn components. Same thing happen to my friends 1990 TT. We swapped in mine and it started right up. If it is bad I think any year TT control unit will do, because mine is a 1994 and there wasn't any problems. I'm not sure if a NA is the same though.
