Subject	Leaking bushing on right front tension rod '93 TT

Message	I have noticed some drips of clear/yellowish viscous fluid on my garage floor. Traced it back to the bushing in the tension rod on passenger side. The bushing has black 1/2 spherical rubber in a metal cylindrical housing of the tension rod. There's a bolt running through it. Is this supposed to be a sealed bushing that has some sort of lubricant in it? Does it need replacing or can it be lubed? Thanks.
