Message	your fuel injectors may ohm normaly but could be mehanicaly sticking (in your case closed). how does the vehicle run when having this problem, does it seem to run and idle rough? if so power balance test the engine when the problem is occuring and you may find a type a missfire in one of your cylinders. next thing to do would be to make sure the injector in that cylinder is clicking that will tell you if it is opening and closing. if it were a fuel pressure problem you would most likely go into your knock map under heavy load.
