If you want to be safe, you definitely should change your oil and filter in a fuel hydro-lock scenario. I would hope to error on the better safe than sorry side of things. Gasoline will unquestionably wash past the rings and it doesn't take too long. In doing so, it goes down the bore and lands directly in your oil pan. It's probably a small amount, but it will have happened to some degree. The best advice that can be given is to replace the oil and filter. It's your car, you do whatever you wish.
