Subject	Question about Z1 RFL Blow off valves?

Message	I have my Z1 RFL Blow off valves set-up right now with recirculation fittings but I haven't started my Z yet because I don't why the top of the outer casing spins...? Does this open or close the valve to let more air into the valve or something? How should I have it set-up if I'm running it in recirculation? Z1 doesn't have any info on how to set them up and the 'tech' here isn't clear enough on how much to exactly turn them. Thanks guys. 1989' Nissan Fairlady Z Twin Turbo
