Message they are shaped like J's. If they aren't fitted tight at the turbos you'll have a bad leak. You can tighten them without removing the plenum. Remove the battery on the pass side to get more room and unbolt the bracket that holds the cruise control and all those little vacuum trees and flip it up on the plenum to give yourself more room.

The driver's side is trickier and you'll have to wedge your hands down along the brake booster and master cylinder. Socket with extensions can help too. It takes some experimenting to find the right angle to access the clamps but it can be done.

Get those pipes inserted tightly down in the rubber that connects them to the turbos and see if that solves your leak. It's possible those rubber pieces are old and so dried out that you will need to get new ones that are more pliable and will give you a good tight seal. I replaced mine years ago. You can new ones for about $10 each at Courtesy Nissan [ http://www.courtesyparts.com/14463pa-hose-air-inlet-300zx-z32-1990-1996-p-31065.html ]

That cracked connector you showed in the other pic is nothing to be concerned about. Water temp sensor.
