Message	and add a nipple connector to the center oil filter pipe then connect a hose that will take 90psi to be safe. Place a hose in a metal container that can take the pressure and add oil to the container and have the hose located in the oil with the end close to the bottom. Then pressurize the container to first about 30psito start the oil flow then ramp it up to 50psi.
