Message been able to get one of the plenum bolts tightened and your hard intake pipes are still loose. You need to make sure that all bolts are tight, the gasket is positioned properly, and your intake pipes are fully fitted. Otherwise you will have a big leak. So big it won't make any noise and it will prevent the car from starting.

You'll probably need to loosen all the plenum bolts and then reposition it to make sure it fits snugly. :-/

Think of a full balloon. If you squeeze the opening and cause a small leak and release the air you will hear a squealing sound. But if you let the opening go full open there is just one almost instant big rush of air and that's it. Same principle applies to your leak. It's so big now there is no sound.
