Subject	O2 Sensors Gone Bad?

Message	on 1990 TT, when connected to the consult system the RH o2 is reading 0.350V on a cold start, and does not fluctuate very much, and the LH o2 is at 0.390 and does the same. The care has 120,000 Km on it. Are these values correct for a cold start?
