| Ok, where to begin. Background: I did a TT swap back in 2007, and I have had this idle problem ever since. The list of modifications to my engine are listed in my profile. I have a consult if anyone that would like to help wants to know any of the gauge values. Thanks in advance for any help. Problem: While driving at operating temperature, if I come to a light, put the car in neutral and stop the idle will rise to approx 1500 rpm and fall to below 450 rpm and sometimes stall. To remedy this I can sometimes coast in neutral to a light and the idle will rest at 800 rpm and not hunt unless I disturb the throttle while stopped. This seems to get worse the longer I drive, and the hotter the oil gets. After about 45 mins of driving even my remedy will not work and the engine will even stall while coasting in neutral.
Base Idle and TPS settings: TPS .43v Engine Not warmed up base timing 30 degrees, Idle 1100 rpm. Engine warmed up base timing 15 degrees, Idle 800 rpm. The idle will remain from the first start up as long as I don't disturb the throttle.
