Subject	brake line removal - plugging the cylinders?

Message	Anyone know what the thread size is for the brake and clutch line connections to the cylinders against the firewall? I ask because I wanted to take all of my lines off so I could repair some surface rust and respray, but not lose a bunch of fluids out of them. I was thinking I could just get a bolt and plug the connections preventing fluid loss. Is that possible?
