Message	:start back up. But will start up if I wait 10 mins (this just came up today and is the 2nd time today im sitting in a parking lot stranded). :What might be the cause? :I did change fuel filter :engine is surging arouned 3,000rpm (engine has done this now for a month or two) :I still do have a lean A/F ratio 15.9(ive left the boost control off untill I find out why) I think there is a safety switch of some sort? that shuts the engine off when it exceeds the normal operating temp.. temperature???
