Message	oil level is a little below full on dipstick. I think im going to check the timing belt and tensioner as well as replace the thermostat with an oem one. I really need to get blazt or consult to check the vtc operation but moneys tight so im going to try the other way using jumper wires. Thank you everyone who tried to help me. I really appreciate it.
