http://www.ttzd.com/ Go to the tech section and then changing the timing belt article it will show you what is involved with doing a change. The screw he is talking about is the one below the one the screw driver is pointing to. If that is still in the belt tensioner does not keep tension on the belt and I am guessing the screw is still in because that tensioner is almost fully closed.
