Subject	high beam radio and speedometer stopped working in 1 week

Message	i know it has to be a shortage but does anyone know if i change like the ground wires if it would make a difference , these things didnt all happen at the same time but it did happen in about the same week , i have a hid kit only the low beams work, the radio doesnt turn on at all and the speed sensor i beleve is the problem for the speedometer not working [nissan 300zx]
