Message then went to heat the tube around the seal. Eventually, with some silicone lube spray, and enough heat, it eventually popped out with some force.

I proceeded to do the same thing with the center bushing and seal and it too came out, but needed a bunch of forceful hits with a 21mm socket and a long extension + 3lb dead blow hammer.

I'm guessing when you install them in, you take the rack, use it to press the bushing and seal in separately? Then, does the end cover just screw on to put the other seal into place? It wasn't really clear how you be sure to get them back in correctly.
