It is going to be close to impossible, if not impossible to get at those bolts and then be able to put enough torque on them with a wrench / ratchet. You may as well plan on replacing the exhaust manifold gasket. Ok, now that the pessimist in me is gone, it may be possible, but you are going to have to get the turbo & piping out of the way. Again, with the size of turbo you have, it might not be possible and you would have to pull the motor. For the effort of it all, I would say save your energy, pull the motor, do it right. Wouldn't it suck after putting 18-20 hours in of fighting to get the piping and turbo out of the way that you discover that you have to still pull the motor? Plus, do you realize how hard it would be to torque everything down properly with the engine still in the car?
