You have two choices: 1. Buy only the injector your need, use the dremel method to get out the bad one (there's nothing half-ass about this!), and save yourself $1000 but you'll likely have to go through this again. 2. Buy all 6 new but if you do make sure to upgrade to the new style injectors with all the fixins. Cost: $1,200 -- shop around!
I opted for option 2 but my rationale included an ECU upgrade and troubleshooting a hesitation problem.
