Message First : if you have a factory set up you do not want to put over 5 psi of pressure because you have a 1/2 inch diameter hose on each acordian tube that communicates with the crank case and excessive pressure will blow out your crank seal or rear main seal or other seals so , keep the pressure down ( you should hear a leak hissing @ 5psi ) .

Next : even without a boost leak your system will not hold pressure , you need a 110 volt compressor with a tank . I fill my tank with 100 psi and then cut the compressor off ( so you can hear the leaks once the procedure begins ) . your compressor will also need a regulator to regulate a constant 5 psi flow . When you connect this regulated 5 psi to your test tool make sure you take off your oil cap and pull your dipstick to releave any pressure that may build in the crank case due to air entering the cylinders and escaping past the piston ring .
Rember : you cant just put 5 psi of air in ( like a tire ) and listen for a leak . The air will be continually going in and you will hear air moving through the boost system and the ingine and some coming out of the oil fill hole ( reason for removing the cap ), this is normal . You want to put your ear down to all the areas of interest and listen for hissing sounds .
Careful , make sure you play with the regulator to understand it before you go attaching it to your Z .

Let me know what you come up with .

P.s You can pull the vent lines off of the acordian tubes and cap the ports on the acordian side . leave the hose that you detached from the acordian tude open ( it will help vent the crank case . Now you can test your system at 15 psi without fear of blowing out your seals .
