Subject	knocking from transmission?

Message	Hey guys, just got my Z, I get a knock when I take my foot off or on the clutch, would this be a throw out bearing? Maybe a bad pilot bearing... don't think it would be a bent transmission input shaft, as it is not constant... just got the car and don't know a lot of its history, what would be the most common for a 90 tt? Also, the guy I got the car from said it was stock, and he had replaced 2 injectors. I found a ash spec ecu set to run 555 injectors, is their any way to tell if he put 370 injectors in?? or should I just replace them all with 555 injectors?
