| Pretty simple test for the injectors: La-Z-Link As far as checking the PTU, best I can say would be to take it off and look for any corrosion on the connections first and clean thoroughly. If possible, swap for a known working PTU and see if that clears up the misfire. When my PTU went bad I had the same intermittent miss you described, sometimes it would fire on 5 and sometimes on all 6 seemingly at random, until it finally went tits up altogether. If you've already had it diagnosed as a bad injector by a mechanic, the first test would at least narrow it down to which cylinder is having the issue. The PTU test would just be to confirm that it wasn't misdiagnosed and that all 6 are in fact getting spark also.
